Formed in 2026 by Matthew Starbuck, after years of advocacy work — including pro bono support for Medicaid claims, appeals, and benefit-related issues — Matthew has helped restore Medicare benefits for disabled beneficiaries, secured favorable life insurance outcomes for clients with complex medical histories, and supported families navigating serious medical challenges. He remains dedicated to serving his community with integrity and compassion.
